Bank Support Workers

Caring and Supportive People with a empathy for people with a learning disability are required to join a team of bank support workers in a exciting and developing organisation.  Your task will be to be an enabler to support people to lead as normal a life as possible.  Support may be delivered to learning-disabled people of either sex.

Your personal integrity must be excellent as will your person focused approached to support.

Your status will be a casual worker.  Andover & District Mencap is not obliged to offer work and the casual worker is not obliged to accept work.  There is no employment contract; however, if permanent hours become available bank staff may apply for them.

Excellent free training and a free CRB check is available to sucessful candidates.
