Receiving feedback is important to us as it lets us know whether the information we provide is useful and relevant to members needs. Our policy is to continually review and improve the content on this site and the more help we get from people with a learning disability, their family carers and other stakeholders the better.

How we Handle Feedback

Feedback will be acknowledged by e-mail. The feedback comments will then be analysed and the benefit of sharing this information through this website assessed. Those suggestions that merit inclusion in the site will be introduced to the development programme and prioritised. Content will then be researched and developed and included on this site.
