This section is devoted to providing information, obtained from experts, on the many healthy foods you can eat to help people with a learning disability to stay well and lead a full life.

We will post helpful information on healthy eating from time-to-time; however, the Food Standards Agency has a very good website on healthy eating called Eat Well. You may need someone to help you use it but soon it will have the facility for it to read pages to you. To visit it click here.
