Andover & District Mencap is part of the voluntary sector. It will not be a surprise for you to learn that we have many volunteers, but what may be a surprise is that we also have employees. Usually we try and recruit volunteers, but there are some categories of job and skills where we need more formal commitment and accountability to deliver our contractual and legal obligations. We value both our volunteers and employees in equal measure.
