Our Big Project
A new Resource Centre for Andover Mencap
We have now signed the contract to begin the building of the new Resource Centre on the land on the Winchester Road where the pub called the Wellington Inn used to be.
Work has been completed on demolishing the buildings shown in the pictures below. We have a level site ready for work on the foundations to begin.

The land will be used to build a new centre for Andover and District Mencap. This will undoubtedly become Our Big Project for 2010. Our new Resource Centre will:-
- be much closer to the Town Centre
- be a completely new building
- have facilities so that people can drop in
- be close to easy car parking
