- BLUE APPLE THEATRE: Please come along and see 6 actors with learning disabilities perform the greatest play in the world on some pretty big stages using Shakespeare's original language. We want to show the world that people with learning disabilities can achieve great things and make us think when they are given opportunities;The cast are Blue Apple Theatre's award-winning touring company. Hamlet will be played by Tommy Jessop, star of Coming Down the Mountain on BBC 1, guest in Casualty, Holby. - HOUSE OF COMMONS REPORT ON THE OVERSIGHT OF SPECIAL EDUCATION FOR 16-25 YEAR OLDS: Please click here to view a report from the House of Commons Committee of Public Accounts in regards to the Oversight of Special Education for Young People Aged 16 25.
