With knowledge and experience of managing services for people with learning disabilities, including an independant living setting, you will have an in depth working knowledge of the Care Quality Commisions regulations and an NVQ level 4 in Health & Social Care and have ideally had previous experience as a Registered Manager. In addition you will have excellent interpersonal, IT and organisational skills. A management qualification will ideally be complimented by experience of managing teams and working in a multidisciplinary environment.
