Support Services

Our support services include support to adults to enable them to live as normal a life as possible both in their homes and in the community. They also include respite care for children in our respite care house in Andover.

Our support services operate from our head office and the picture captures the hub from which coordination takes place. Modern technology is used to manage care schedules and this is closely linked to the invoicing process undertaken by the finance department.

Support workers are given high quality training appropriate to their role and this website includes an extranet to help support those working out in the community.

A close liaison is maintained with our service users to ensure that their needs are met and that the quality of the support is second-to-none.
